Understanding Your Finances
Before you begin your search, you need to understand what you can afford. Consult a loan originator and obtain a pre-approval letter.

Make An offer
After you receive approval and you find the home you like, we will work together to submit an offer.

Home Inspection
Once the offer is accepted, our next step is to hire a home inspector. They are paid upon completion of service and they work to identify underlying issues the home may have.

Home Appraisal
An appraiser is chosen for you to determine how much your home is worth. Upon receiving the appraisal back, a closing date can be set.

Closing
Your title company will give you an amount to bring to closing in the form of a Cashier's Check.

After Closing
I maintain in communication with all of my clients once they purchase a home. First thing to do is explore a security system, transfer utilities, find movers, and hire contractors if any work needs to be done.
